Let's come together as human resource professionals to have an open discussion about the significance of corporate culture and the role of the HR team in creating a nurturing environment where both the organization and the employees can flourish.
A community of up to twelve HR professionals in upper management in their organization. They either are in charge of all of HR or are over one of the functions within HR.
Each person is from a different company to assemble a circle of trust.
One 90-minute virtual meeting for six months.
The first 10-20 minutes of the meeting will be a "teach" on the subject we are discussing.
The rest of the session will be a facilitated conversation so members can support and learn from each other.
Member must be responsible for a significant portion of the HR department (manager, director, VP, or Chief).
To be a member you must work for a company interested in creating great workplaces.
Before acceptance, there will be an application and interview.
